The customer must adhere to all traffic rules and regulations. Any fines, penalties, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Overloading and Misuse of the Vehicle
The vehicle must not carry more passengers than its permitted capacity. For example, only two persons are allowed on a bike/scooter, and a car should be used only within its seating capacity.

10. Damage and Accident Policy
In the event of any damage to the vehicle or an accident, the customer will be fully responsible for the repair costs. Even if the vehicle is insured, the customer may be liable for additional damage charges.

11. Late Return and Additional Charges
The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed time. Any delay will result in extra charges per hour/day as applicable.

12. Strict Prohibition on Drunk Driving
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the security deposit will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
