Things to keep in mind:

1. The person renting out the vehicle should be 18 years of age or above with a valid copy of Aadhar card/pan card/ driving license/ Passport (in case of foreigner). A copy of above document should be submitted to the renter at the time of booking.

2. Hirer is solely responsible for any damage/theft/scratches on/of the vehicle and the hirer has to pay the necessary amount to repair the vehicle to its original condition at the time of booking.

3. Theft of vehicle is a punishable offence under section 349 and in such case the hirer can take the necessary action required. If the person does not come at the given time period Necessary penalty will be imposed according to time delayed.

4 Don’t Drink and Drive. In case of of any such incident caught by the company legal charges and actions would be taken against the hirer of the3 vehicle. No more than two person can sit on bike/scooty and if they do not abide by the law, penalty would be given by the hirer imposed by the traffic police or any other government regulatory.

5. Helmet will be provided at the time of booking by the renter and Fuel/Parking charges are to be borne by the hirer. Th vehicle will be received in the exact condition as given by the renter. The hirer has right to take photo/video of condition of vehicle. The payment should be submitted in advance by the hirer whether online/cash.

6. If the person has to extend the rent period, then he/she has to inform the renter about the time period. The hirer has to tell the purpose/ location/area or destination to the renter at the time of booking. In case he/she fails to tell the correct details, necessary action/penalties would be taken from the hirer.
